How to start using the Cellcard Service


To use the great range of Cellcard services you'll need to:
       •Buy your favourite mobile phone
       •Choose your Cellcard number, either with a 012 or 017 or 092 or 089 or a 077 prefix.        
       •Activate your number (remember to take some identification with you, like your national ID card,     passport and Residential Book)
      •Sign a straight-forward easy-to-read document
You'll then be given a SIM card with your chosen number. Make a note of it so you don't forget it.
To activate your new number, simply buy a Cellcard scratch card available in $1 , $2, $5, $7 , $10, $20 and $50 denominations or iLoad credit available from $0.25 to $100.
It's that simple!

How to Top Up Your Balance

Here are the ways you can top up your balance:

     •Dial-up and top-up: Buy a Cellcard scratch card available in $2, $5, $10, $20 and $50 denominations. Scratch off the foil to reveal the 14-digit code. Dial 888 and follow the voice prompts to enter the code. Once you've done that, your account balance will be announced and you're set to go.
    •Auto refill: Key in *123* then the card's 14-digit code # and then press [send] or [ok]. A TMS will then confirm your balance and an expiry date will be sent immediately to your mobile phone
    •Electronic top-up (iLoad): Visit any Cellcard dealer with the iLoad service. Tell the dealer the amount you want to top-up and then give them your phone number. A TMS will then confirm your balance and an expiry date will be sent immediately to your mobile phone. Nothing could be easier!

    •Balance Roll-Over: Now you can enjoy Cellcard longer because we’ve extended the grace period for all your top-ups! Plus you can claim back all your expired credit easily, just top-up within 5 days after the end of your validity period!
